With her metamorphosic photographs, especially from The Port Of LIfe, Mazja offers a completely new perspective on the sculptures in Rudolph Tegner Statue Park. Astonishingly, they seem to be reincarnated by nature.

In their original settings, the sculptures are prominent and brutal, but in Mazja's artwork they become more humble and discrete. They integrate with nature and almost disappear. It is as if they break down and resurrect.

Resurrection is a greeting with love from a new generation of artists to the master Rudolph Tegner, who particularly desired to portray human joys and sorrows, love and struggles, victories and defeats, until solitude and death takes us all.

Mazja says: "To me, The Rudolph Tegner Museum and Statue Park is a time warp full of magic. Here, the sense of time and place is dissolved from my consciousness. I get the feeling of entering a secret room full of treasures. There is no similar place in the whole world."
